Notice: The Government has apparently made a new proclamation as announced on The Today Show on 3/26/10: Tax Credits may be available for weight loss programs sponsored by a Physician. Dr. Pickens program includes nutritional advice, exercise and a M.D. supervised weight loss regimen.  

In addition: Cafeteria or FLEX Plans may also cover preventive medicine and nutritional programs for weight loss.
